Obtaining a Real Estate License |
Virginia Salesperson candidates must earn 60 credit-hours of state-approved real estate education from a state-approved real estate school. In addition, Virginia Salesperson candidates must: |
- Be atleast 18 years of age
- pass the VA state licensing examination
- hold a high school diploma or certificate of equivalency
- affiliate with a licensed broker within 1 year

There are two parts to the exam (State and National) and you must successfully pass both of them to earn your license. |
